Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened essential oils, personal care items, or used diffusers (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
